- Contact details: name, phone number, email address and company.
- Booking details: pickup and drop-off addresses, dates and times, flight or cruise details, passenger numbers, luggage and special requirements.
- Payment details: processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our website.
- Account details for corporate, hotel and agent accounts, including billing contacts.
- Website information such as pages visited, device and browser type, collected through cookies and analytics.

Sensitive information
We only collect sensitive information, such as health or mobility needs, when you give it to us so we can provide a suitable vehicle or assistance, and only with your consent.

How we collect it
We collect information directly from you when you book online, call or email us, open an account or contact us through our website. We may also receive booking details from your employer, hotel, event organiser or travel agent when they book on your behalf.

We share personal information only as needed to provide your service: with our chauffeurs and contractors, partner chauffeur companies for interstate or international bookings, payment and IT service providers, and where required by law. If our business is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner under the same protections.

Overseas disclosure
For international bookings, we share the details needed for your trip with our partner chauffeur company in that country. Some of our IT and booking systems may also store data overseas. We take reasonable steps to make sure overseas recipients protect your information.
